I offer a one month warranty for my items. If any rings should come loose, a clip breaks etc i will send a replacement. Most problems can be fixed with a quick tightening of the rings with pliers.
I do not do exchanges, as it is a wearable item.
Most of my items are made to order, therefore please allow 2-3 days before the item is shipped to you.
